Utah Office of Professional Conduct - Disciplinary Counsel

Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Position investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct and prosecutes cases at the administrative and state court levels. Must have a J.D. degree from a recognized college of law. Must be admitted to practice law in Utah and be in good standing. Litigation and trial experience are strongly preferred. Prosecution experience is a plus. Must also have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, and be capable of managing a large case load. Salary commensurate with experience.
