About Us
We are looking for a great fit to join our dynamic and rapidly growing family law firm based in Murray, Utah, offering the following services: adoptions, protective orders, divorce/custody, modifications, enforcements, and premarital agreements. We are a small but mighty firm offering flexibility and lots of growth opportunity.
We are focused on providing high-value representation, education and advocacy in order to best serve our community of clients.
We work as a team to strategize and implement case plans to achieve the best possible results for our clients. We are a non-traditional, hybrid (office and remote), tech-savvy firm.
Candidates should have a growth and opportunity mindset, be team players and come with a desire to help build a successful, client-centric environment.
Expectations:
- Meet billable hours and revenue requirements
- Able to effectively and timely manage all aspects of their caseload (motion practice, mediation and settlement negotiations, trial), from the beginning of their cases through trial
- Daily collaboration with staff to ensure cases are moving forward
- Create and update client case strategy plans aligned with client goals
- Attend and participate in internal team and one-on-one meetings
- Tracking and meeting all relevant deadlines
- Produce quality legal writing (pleadings, letters, etc.)
- Outstanding oral advocacy skills
- Positive, empathetic communication with clients and colleagues
- Able to create and execute on legally sound strategy in an objective manner
- Proficient with tech – MS Office, Outlook, practice management and billing software, video conferencing, etc.
- Manage case files and records
- Familiar with court procedures and rules
- Works well under pressure
- Handle sensitive client information appropriately and professionally
Job Type:

Qualifications
● Utah Bar License in Good Standing
● Utah Resident (or ability to conduct in-person hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials)
● Work Authorization
● Trial experience, preferred

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE and bonus opportunities
