Overhead includes office space, conference rooms, malpractice insurance, parking, resources, such as WestLaw, share of administration costs. Flexible - determine your own hours and fees. After contribution to overhead from revenue, able to retain revenue generated. Must be able to work independently, with some overflow work, especially in litigation.
