Disciplinary Counsel – Office of Professional Conduct

Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Position investigates and prosecutes cases involving lawyer misconduct at the administrative and state court levels. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited college of law and be admitted to practice law in Utah. Must have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, and be capable of working independently and managing a large case load. Litigation and trial experience are strongly preferred.
